"The Lady in the Mirror"is a book by Author Charu Vashishtha which puts a light on different situations and emotions faced by a person in their life .  It is a collection of eight short stories and all are equally interesting and engaging. 

The title basically gives an idea about what the stories will mainly focus on . The stories are centred around people coming across their own reflection of their deeds and and knowing themselves and their subconscious mind. These Stories talk about the internal conflict,  greed, self belief, subconscious self, love, jealousy and freedom. Being a fan of short stories I couldn't put the book down and completed the book in a single sitting.  The words are very simple to understand which made me hooked to the book until it was over. The book cover is very beautiful and complements with the content inside. Overall a great short read.
