Before reading the book I had no idea about what was I going to read so i decided to read the sysnopsis provided by the author and came to know that this word is commonly related to Statistics and this made me more interested as i was wondering how the author must has crafted a story out of this topic. 

The protagonist in the story is a young girl named Hema. Once you read about her struggles you will find her life very relatable . She was from a land of 'D' and belonged to a very poor family. She started working very hard from very small age and helped her parents as much as possible. Read the book to find out how she managed to fulfill her dream amid all the struggles and lack of resources. 

Here the author is trying to portray and highlight the main issues of our society like caste discrimination, poverty etc. 

Overall the plot is simple and you will definitely like it. These issues must be put forward and the society should stop categorising us according to our caste and wealth.

I liked the cover and the language is easy to understand. 

PS: Books on social issues are a necessity.
