Who doesnt want to lead a better life? We learn, we try to live our life in the best possible way but still end up getting defeated in the battle of our emotions. So when I picked this book i was going through emotional issues like everyone else during this tough time of epidemic and I must say this is not any simple self help book,rather it is much more than that.

First of all I would like to mention the first thing which grabbed my attention, the title. I absolutely agree with the author that our emotions of happiness, sadness, breakdown and many others are nothing but a game of mind.
The book is divided into 6 parts:
1. Five Ultra practical steps to emotion mastery.
2. Analysing people.
3. Live better with less.
4. Go happy Go lucky.
5. Angry? Don't be.
6. A happy workplace.
The first chapters deal with our day to day emotions and how to face and control them.
The second tells us to analyse people and know them better. She has expressed the ways to build understanding between people. Importance of listening and questioning is mentioned too.
The third one tells us about simplicity and to live life effectively.
The fourth one is about happiness and has also covered various other topics like depression and much more.
The fifth is my favourite one and I needed it the most. It deals with anger management and how it is our biggest enemy.
The last one is very important as it tells us how our working environment affects us.
Overall I really enjoyed learning everything in the book very much. One should definitely read this type of book and should implement it in their own life. Stay happy and make your life beautiful.
